Applicable to new and existing residential and non-residential buildings including commercial buildings (office, retail and hotel), industrial buildings and institutional buildings, healthcare facilities, laboratory buildings and schools.

KONE can provide upon customer request technical evidence about eco efficient solutions (e.g. car light and car ventilation saving mode, stand-by mode). |

| Energy efficient practice, design and features | Credit | Encourage the use of energy efficient features which are innovative and have a positive environmental impact. Use the following energy efficient features: regenerative lift. | Traffic analysis, high performing elevators, advanced people flow solutions and eco-efficient features are provided by KONE in order to reduce the energy consumption of the building. All KONE elevators can be equipped with regenerative drive and we can provide evidence of potential energy savings. KONE can also provide ISO 25745 energy efficiency class certificates for our elevators and escalators, granted by third-parties. |
